Refund policy

All Sales Are Final (Custom Orders)
Because each DTF transfer is printed to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your artwork, sizing, colors, and quantities before placing your order.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace orders if:

• The print arrives damaged during shipping.
• There is a printing error caused by us (wrong size, color, or design).
• The product is materially defective.

Order Cancellations

• Before production starts: Full refund available.
• After production starts: No refund, as materials and labor have been committed.

 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Color & Print Variations
Due to differences in screens and materials, slight color variations are normal and not considered defects.
